CUSTOMER SERVICE - EMAIL
Business hours: We are on the West Coast so for those of you on the East Coast give us a call at lunch time. Calls that come in before 9 am PST will get the voice mail system.
Office hours: Start at 9 am and we are available until 6 pm Monday through Thursday.
On Friday and Saturday we are available for our customers until the last shows go down. That means we are here from 9 am to sometimes as late as 2 am the next morning.
We do check messages on Sunday so if you are booking at the last minute more then likely we can help. If we do not answer, please do leave a detailed message and speak as long as you like. We do check our messages and one of our operators will return your call.
There are few service's like us. "Get to know us, you will love us!"
How do I reserve a show: In order to be fair we work on a first come first serve basis. To reserve the performer(s) of your choice at the time you specify a good faith security deposit is required. Any major credit card will secure your show and you may pay the talent upon arrival in cash. We do not bill your card it simply secures the show. If you chose to pay with your card, photo ID along with an imprint of your card will be asked for by your entertainer. You will be given a reciept for your records. Most parties just pay cash on arrival to the talent.
Outside of our home base of Nevada all shows must be secured through Pay Pal, or a direct deposit. We ask only for a portion of the total. You are welcome to pay the talent upon arrival in cash. Your deposit is absolutely fully refundable if we do not follow through with a reasonable arrival time within the window agreed upon.
Forms of payment: We accept all major credit cards, even the rarely seen Diners card, ATM check cards, Travelers checks, and personal hand written checks. Photo ID is required for all of these transactions at the time of purchase. Keeping in mind that the District Attorney looks down on bad check writers and the law is on the side of the business. We are willing to take our chances that most people have good intentions. Only two bad checks have been written to the company in 31 years.
We ask for a half hour window for arrival on our shows. Most of our clients are fine with up to a one hour window. Generally people are having a good time and the party is not going anywhere so the client can be open ended within the hour. However there are acceptions!
Say for instance when you booked your show you informed us that a limo is coming at 8 pm and you have a reservation to be at by 8:30 so you have booked a 6:00 show time. It will be important that your dancer (s) be there between 6:00 and 6:30. Since we ask for a half hour window on arrival time, it is reasonable that 6:30 would not cause a reason to cancel as there is still plenty of time for a great show to be done and wrap up by 8. Any later is getting down to the wire so we would leave it up to the client to decide at that point to cancel. In case of an accident or unexpected event in route by the talent. We will cheerfully and quickly refund your deposit.
Do you accept last minute bookings?
Yes, we accept same day bookings. We do however advise you to book as far in advance as possible if you want everything to be just as you wish. Last minute booking are subject to availability and time constraints.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel we do not impose a cancellation fee if you cancel the day before your scheduled show there is no penalty.
If we run later then the 1/2 hour lead time we ask of our clients for arrival, and you have made other plans that cause you to have to cancel because of our tardiness. Rest assured you will not be billed. This rarely ever happens, however unforeseen events like accidents/traffic/weather can play a part in our outstanding punctuality practices.
